Oswegatchie River Cliff House is designed for 1 group at a time, and we can accommodate up to 8 people
Trash - we have recycle cans at the back of the house
Please separate your trash accordingly
Guests - Overnight guests are permitted if space allows and will be charged at the same rate as additional person. We need to be notified if additional guests are going to stay overnight. Sorry no large parties permitted. This is a family vacation house.
Please leave the lodge and surrounding area reasonably clean. If you cook, please clean your dishes and put everything away. We will take care of linens, towels and vacuuming.
We hope you will enjoy your stay here, and will express your appreciation by helping to keep the Oswegatchie River Cliff House a wonderful and elegant place to stay. We hope you will come back again and again.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a vacation rental, most of our reservations are made months in advance, so we have a nonrefundable deposit policy unless we can rent the lodge to someone else. If you do need to cancel, we will do everything we can to find a new renter, and if we can, we will give you all your deposit money back less a 15% cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible so we can attempt to rent the lodge to another party for both our benefits.
